i am young

i moved from england to california in jan 2000 and i know that most californians are circumcised. i am not. will this affect my sex life in any way. will people think it is strange?

i also have a few small white lumps of my foreskin but i have the same type of thing under my eyes. i have been told they are blemishes. does anyone know what they might be? are they in anyway bad? should i seek medical treatment or leave them alone?
