POSTSCRIPT    Dec. 2008 I feel the most important area to develop for this site is collecting pictures and videos (and converting them to drawings for some countries) My Thinking now is that Self education is the modern treatment and prevention method (I am not now discussing morality or philosophy, this is just practical and what happens with www in practice naturally anyway.) This means the whole of Chapter 4 should be rewritten ...  however I believe Chapter 4 was appropriate when it was written and is an important step in thinking ... strange to feel its already out of date ... In my youth 1950s till year 2000 monitoring was the modern medical approach and method for many anomolies. I believe the immediate future with many medical subjects will be self education through www. (Who knows in the distant future?? ... )   I believe pictures and particularly videos showing the problems of the different forms of phimosis are the next obvious step in research, information and education – for boys, doctors and parents.
