Possible varicocele causing impotence?

For those of you who have no idea why you're experience erectile dysfunction, I've been doing some research.

Varicolele could be a possible cause according to several research papers. The varicolele is a varicose vein in your testicle. Over 15% of men have it. It can often lead to infertility. It can also lead to lower testosterone levels, which obviously effect erections and the libido.

I apologize if this has already been brougth up, but I think it's a promising route to pursue if you have no other options.

The great thing is that it can easily be fixed in an outpatient surgery.
