Who can I contact to try and get referred.

Firstly, congratulations on an excellent site with clear and informative information. My main problem now is that I believe I am a good candidate for Preputial Plasty but my Doctor and the Consultant at my local hospital are unable or unwilling to consider this type of alternative treatment. I have given up with them and I am looking for a contact/doctor/consultant in the UK who is able to assess and possibly recommend this type of procedure. If I can get a name and contact details of someone who would be able/willing to see me then I can insist that my Doctor refer me. I live in the London area but can travel so any contact details in the UK would be most welcome.
