I have 25 stitches

I had the surgery 7 days ago and the doctor used 25 stitches. The stitches should dissapear within 14 days.
My foreskin is still very swollen and will be for another week.
I cannot retract because Im so swollen, and Im bleeding from the stitches.
Anyone here that have experiences with stitches?
And what about sex? How long did it take before you can masturbate again.
Im worried it will take along time before Im back to normal...
