Frenuloplasty questions ?

Just realized, reading here, that I suffer from frenulum breve ..
Looks like a doctors visit is in order - but I am generally wary
of medical procedures so can someone who has had this operation
tell me how uncomfortable it is afterwards (how do you pee with bandages on)? if there's any chance it can get botched up? what is the preferred incision type ? Can any urologist perform this ? Looking for reassurances
