Pinhole phimosis

Thanks to all people sending me e-mails and pictures, suggesting different threatments for my phimosis.
I will go to the other urologist tomorrow and I will ask him about stretching. I think I know the answer he will give but I hope he is more open about other threatments other than a complete circumcision.
I have been suggested to use special cream "Dermatovate" or "Kelanog" with stretching but I dont know if I can find the creams where I live.
I would like to get in touch with other people with the same sort of phimosis.
