Extremely sensitive penis gland

I have a phimosis problem and after reading your website, I have decided
against circumcision. I am currently trying to stretch my foreskin slowly
with pretty good result.

But the main problem I am facing is that my expose 'penis head' is extremely
sensitive. It is almost impossible for me to have sex with my girlfriend
without putting on a condom as I face extreme pain when my expose penis
glands touches her vagina.

Is there any treatment or help you could recommend ?
